After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return products that you are not satisfied with.
Empty, more than extensively used products and samples are excluded. Vouchers will also only be taken back unused and as part of the withdrawal process.
If you return one of these products, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
Please note that the entitlement to any free product additions above a certain minimum order value or order quantity expires with a return. In this case, the free product must also be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.
Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after 30 days.
We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible, usually within one week of the return arriving.
